Wright's latest product is sungold pastry flour. This first appeared on the successful television programme, The Great British Menu when it was specifically selected for use by chef, Stuart Gillies, for his signature starter of pea and leek tarts with glazed asparagus and herbs. It really impressed the judges with its crisp texture and golden colour. It also impressed many of you at home who were keen to try it for a treacle tart or particular pie. Our sungold produces a sweet and/or savoury, golden pastry for quiche bases, pies, tarts, biscuits and superb shortbread.
